Web Dashboard
Real-time monitoring dashboard for tasks, workers, and events.
Valka includes a built-in web dashboard that is served directly by the Valka server. No additional setup is required. The dashboard is available as soon as the server starts.
Accessing the Dashboard
Open your browser and navigate to the Valka server's HTTP address:
http://<your-server>:8989The dashboard is a single-page application served alongside the REST API. There is no separate process or deployment step.

- Active task counts by status
- Recent task throughput
- Connected worker count
- Queue activity
Tasks
Browse and filter all tasks:
- Filter by queue, status, and date range
- Search by task name or ID
- View task details inline
Task Detail
Deep dive into a specific task:
- Overview: status, input/output, metadata, timing
- Runs: all execution attempts with worker info and duration
- Logs: real-time structured log viewer per run
- Signals: signal history with delivery status
Workers
Monitor connected workers:
- Worker name, queues, and concurrency
- Active task count
- Connection uptime
- Last heartbeat timestamp
Events
Real-time event stream showing:
- Task state transitions
- Worker connections and disconnections
- Signal deliveries
Uses Server-Sent Events (SSE) for live updates without polling.
Dead Letters
Browse tasks that exhausted all retries:
- Original task details and input
- Error messages from failed attempts
- Attempt count and timing
